To gain clients and monetize your expertise you need to be getting several things right.

One of these are your profile- and yes! That includes all your social profiles: IG, Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook

Here are 4 things you might be getting wrong- that is decreasing the value of what you have to offer…

• Sharing everything you do with the world.

When you share all the services that your solution has to offer your client may think wow this person has so much experience in X,Y,Z

But, subconsciously they turn to someone that solves the specific need that they are looking for..

They may think that you don’t have time for them- SLIM it down

• You are fluffing up your single problem and solution.

Keep it straight to the point and think of it as a movie plot line. Don’t overcomplicate the story.

For example- Boy meets girl, girl and boy fall in love, they get married and live happy after.

• Your Content is not actually about YOU- when you write your content, how many posts contain I do this and my company does this?

Your audience want to consume content that is going to be valuable for them- TIP: Try writing a post and switching the I for YOU

On all the platforms you have there are always ways for you to bring in more personality to your profile.

Ultimately people buy from people.

Making yourself and your journey relatable to your audience can allow them to develop trust in you.
